Establish Public Interest / Whistleblower Counter We have set up an internal whistle-blowing procedure “Public Interest Whistleblower Counter” for taking early detection and proper action for potential risks of violations of laws and regulations and internal rule. There are 2 ways of using procedure. One is set inside the company and the other is held at an external law office, therefore anonymous reporting is possible.

Regulatory Compliance Review Every year, we conduct a questionnaire survey of all employees with the aim of checking their awareness and practice of compliance as well as a early detection of compliance violations.
