The increase in the number of EC users and the reduction in manpower in the delivery industry has made the workload on each delivery person become enormous which is now considered to be a social problem and drawing people’s attention. Our company supports all the employees to send the packages and pick them up at workplaces to reduce the wasted time and effort spent on redeliveries and consolidating packages.
We have introduced the "Bone Marrow Donor Leave," which allows employees to have a special paid leave separated from regular annual paid leave while they donate bone marrow fluid for bone marrow transplants. By supporting employees to actively engage in activities which make contribution to the society, we believe this is a way for us to make contribution to the treatment of many patients with intractable diseases.
On November 19, 2018, our company was certified by Higashimatsuyama City Government (Saitama Prefecture) as a cooperating group with the "Higashimatsuyama-city street person, SHIGO, Creation Organization (Higashimatsuyama-city Comprehensive Strategy for overcoming Populatiton Decline and Vitalizing Local Economy)". We are working together promoting and revitalizing regional development through our business.
In order to protect global environment, we are striving to adopt paperless and energy-saving policy at workspace. We also make the most use of our workspace by renting our offices as filming locations for dramas and commercials when the workspace is vacant on weekends and holidays.
We have introduced flextime policy to reduces traffic congestion and to ease employees’ stress which is also expected to increase the productivity of each employee.
We also participated in the 2020 TDM promotion project "Smooth Biz" to reduce traffic congestion during the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games.
